Welcome Baddies! I’m Genesis L’amour, licensed esthetician & hair braider and luxury service provider. Things to Know: 1. All braiding styles include the hair! Please be sure to choose your hair color when booking, otherwise the standard color will be chosen for you (1B). 2. All hair must be shampooed and blow dried prior to your appointment. I am a braider, not a cosmetologist. 3. Any additional length longer than mid-back will require more time, which is an add-on. Please be sure to add your length preference before completing your booking request. 4. No smoking or vaping during your appointment. No additional persons are allowed. Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your appointment, please cancel within no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If after 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and a 50% fee of your remaining balance will be assessed. No-Shows are given the same fee. All no-shows will be banned from booking moving forward after 24 hours of no-contact.
There are no refunds on deposits, however, services and remaining balances are comped if I am tardy or behind schedule more than 20 minutes.
All clients have the option to reschedule prior to the appointment. Please contact me immediately before canceling.
Every client is given a 10-minute late arrival window. After 10 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and the 50% fee will be assessed.
There are no refunds on any services rendered. If any issue occurs, please notify me within 24 hours post appointment to receive further information on how we can resolve it. After 24 hours, I am no longer liable for any grievances or accusations of said damage. There are no refunds on any services rendered.
